Every Hallowe’en we have a few people over during trick-or-treat time. This year is no different! I’m guessing that trick or treat time is Monday, October 31st from 6-8pm. I can’t find it online, but I don’t think they’ll change the day this year. We always have our decorations up, some spooky music, wear some costumes, and scare some kids while handing out candy.
We don’t get a huge amount of kids, but enough that it is fun. We also do some kind of dinner. Nothing fancy, usually just throw some stuff in a crock pot for us to pick at, anyone is welcome to bring food….we all like to eat! If you feel like joining us, come on out. We will have plenty of candy, but feel free to bring more. I like to give a handful to the kiddies! This is definitely not a party, I have to work the next day. But it is my birthday, so I always like to see a few friends. I’ve been contemplating taking the following day off work…. more to catch up on the homework I won’t be getting done Hallowe’en night than anything.
I’d think around 5pm is a great time to come out. I’ll be home from work just a bit before that.
