So I’ve arrive at week 4. I’m at 222.5lbs now, which is a total of 16.5lbs. I went to the Arnold Classic last week, and had a lot of fun. But that involved some drinks, and a giant cheeseburger and some other less than healthy stuff over 2 days. Which is cool, it was fun. It took me until today to get back down to my pre-Arnold weight. So hopefully over the next week, I’ll see some more progress. I went ahead and ordered another month, because this is working pretty well!
