Well, it’s Monday. The Holidays have come and gone. We here at The Voodoo Empire hope that you all had an amazing time. Hopefully Santa Claus, or the Kwanzaa fairy, or whomever was very good to you. We hope you had a great New Years too, full of good times and great friends! We sure did, this year was quite a celebration. Maybe not the packing 200 people into a tiny house kind of celebration….this was more of a hanging out with very good friends and ringing in the New Year kind of celebration. A great start to hopefully a great year! And just to point out something, Joe and Charisse make amazing corned beef!
