New Funktion
Local Selection-Matt Boyd
To start off the Voodoo Empire’s Local Selection Section, we have a house set from Matt Boyd out of Columbus, OH to really get you in the mood for summertime. Hop in that convertible and turn this one up! It’s “Live from the 646″
New Local Music Selections
Here at the Voodoo Empire we have been providing some of the best DJ mix selections we can find. It seems like a great idea to also provide some of the local music coming out of the Ohio area. So now you will see some mixes put up under the title Local Selection. We hope you enjoy these and provide a little support to these hot up and coming artists! These mixes are quality!
Mix of the Moment on iTunes
Are you an iTunes user? Do you like the Mix of the Moment selections so far? Well the Voodoo Empire has now added the Mix of the Moment selections to iTunes. So now you can head to the Voodoo Empire iTunes link and subscribe if you like.
The Voodoo Community-DJ Set Hosting
The Voodoo Empire continues to grow. The latest project is The Voodoo Community. This is a site currently being developed to host DJ sets. Until now The Voodoo Forums has been a great place to chat, but it has been fairly hard to link your own DJ sets on there. The Voodoo Community should fix all that. It has a file size limit set at 75Mb which is more than enough to host a DJ set. You do have to sign up to upload your own sets. But once on the Community they can be downloaded and linked to. Hopefully this offering from the Voodoo Empire will prove to be useful to the scene.
