Default Title Icon Once Again, Issues With the Forums

Well, I noticed the forum had no new posts for a bit so I tried to logon to see what the deal was?  Turns out the forums are totally dead.  Not sure what the problem is, all preliminary fixes failed.  So I’ll be spending the next few days trouble shoo

    The forums are fixed, turns out..I was messing with powers I don’t understand!
