It’s the latest update in the overall overhaul of the Voodoo Empire’s online presence! This time the Voodoo Forums have been done up! The theme fits real nice with the look that is now present on the Voodoo Empire main site, the filesharing site, and the Blog! All that’s left is an overhaul of the shop, and some minor details on the wiki! Check em all out for yourself!
We’ve been so incredibly busy around here with developing the Voodoo Empire brand, that it seems the music may have been a bit neglected! Well let’s change that right now by injecting a little electro into yer butt! Now wiggle! This is another Radio 1 Essential mix, aired on August 21, 2009!

After launching the new Voodoo Empire homepage, and adding a filesharing service skinned to match, Rev. Voodoo thought it might be cool to build up a new theme for his blog. That is what you are looking at now! It still needs some tweaks here and there, but it’s near complete! It fits in real well with the overall Empire feel. Now that this site is upgraded, the previous theme will be released to the public very shortly!
This site has always had a fairly serviceable up0load feature on our upload page, found in the services tab! It’s been kind of flaky lately, but that’s fixed now, so it can be used. But much bigger and better news is the all new file sharing service available through the new Voodoo Empire homepage. It can be accessed directly at http://thevoodooempire.com/uploads, or simply by going to The Voodoo Empire site and clicking the services tab. It’s a fairly powerful filesharing service allowing users to upload and download files up to about 200Mb. It has image resizing options, inline media players, automatic file zipping for downloads…..all in all, it’s pretty cool! You do have to sign up for the service, but that’s not so bad eh? It’s also a good way for people to get music or art online they would like me to fisplay/distribute! Enjoy the service!
It’s time to launch the new site! It just went live 5 minutes ago, and I pretty much love it! I’m sure I’ll want to tweak a bit of the css as I look at the site a bit, and I would love to add some more complex functionality to it….but the main portion of the site is done! Some people may not care for it so much….but I’ve got a certain style, and the design fits me quite well! Why not check it out here and let me know what you think?
Rev. Voodoo has been hunched over the warm glowing box where his Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Illustrator lives for a bit now…..and things are starting to happen. Gone is the basic flash homepage for the Voodoo Empire, and in its place a mighty fine site is growing! You can check it out now….it’s pretty barebones, lacking much content. But what you can see is some basic graphic design and layout for the site…and it looks pretty good. In a couple days the first revision should be live and solid! That being said…Rev. Voodoo can’t resist the opportunity to tweak, so this website will probably change quite a bit over time! Hope ya like it!

Well, Rev. Voodoo just finished an overhaul of Hot Spot Tanning Company’s website. It may look the exact same to you, but believe me, it is so much better. After much studying, Rev. Voodoo actually learned to code a little. So the website has many less lines of code and runs so much smoother. Check it out! It looks like we may be able to add another service to those offered by the Voodoo Empire. Basic Wedding Photography! We won’t claim to be on par with the very top photographers, but we won’t charge like them either. Ankhjii has just shot her first wedding, and Rev. Voodoo took care of some traditional and not so traditional photoshopping. Altogether the finished product is pretty darn good! Samples will be online shortly!
It was a year ago today that Ankhjii and I were in our motorcycle accident. It’s been a long hard year, and together her and I have been through so much. But thanks to so much support from our family and friends, we made it out the other side. Thanks to everyone, and here’s to the future!
